MMRE OSB Commission Invoice

MMRE Advisors pays a 2.5% co-broke on all leases. MMRE Advisors does not pay a commission for lease renewals. To receive a commission on a lease, the following will be needed:

• The prospective tenant must identify you on their application.
• The prospective tenant must take occupancy of the home.
• Fill out the commission invoice on this page and email it to accounting@mmreadvisors.com along with your agency and brokerage W9. In your email, specify the rental property and tenant that you represented.

Commissions are processed at the time of occupancy – checks should be expected to be received within 45 days of the lease start date. If you have not received your check within 45 days of the lease start date, or have general questions related to the commission check, please email accounting@mmreadvisors.com for assistance. Unless there is an issue identified with an incorrect address, change of brokerage, etc., MMRE Advisors will not re-issue checks that are still within 45 days of the lease start date.
